HOSA

At the Heads of Student Administration (Australia & New Zealand) – or HoSA - our mission is to promote excellence, community and leadership in student experience and academic services. As a Higher Education association, we act as a point of reference for sector wide consultation and gather the voice of our membership to advocate for informed government policy and frameworks that positively impact on how universities can best support students’ personal and academic success.

To help members raise student and academic services standards and advance their professional careers, we build community by facilitating member interaction, collaboration and learning from each other in a safe and trusted environment. HoSA offers resources, webinars and workshops on timely topics, providing a hub for continuous improvement and to drive positive change in the sector. Networking plays an important part of the HoSA community, and the biggest networking opportunity is our annual HoSA Conference. Our membership comprises of more than 150 university leaders and senior staff from student experience and academic services areas across the Australian and New Zealand Higher Education sectors.

HoSA became an incorporated association in 2018, and you can read  our constitution for further information about how we operate.
